Our Member Outreach Team sponsors and hosts local events and community organizations, supports local health fairs, provides educational workshops, participates in EBT FoodShare matching at farmer's markets and more! Our goal is to share the education, resources and support needed for you to live happy and healthy lifestyle. Below is a list of events happening in a community near you! These events are open to the public and CCHP members.

Join us for Trick or Treating and fun, safe family activities this fall.
This local event includes
- pumpkin painting
- a costume contest
- and more!
This event supports efforts to provide positive social interaction opportunities for families and support local businesses to connect with the community.

Wellpoint Care Network is sponsoring free diaper and wipe giveaways! These giveaway events are open to the community, no registration required and are completely free!
