Dental plans available in select counties Members living in southeast Wisconsin can also purchase Chorus Community Health Plans Dental coverage. CCHP Dental has both on and off Exchange plans in Kenosha, Ozaukee, Milwaukee, Racine, Washington and Waukesha counties. Our plans cover routine, basic and major services, available to the whole family.
